On November 25th, 1903, Charles B. Boswell granted to Angus Cameron and his assigns the privilege of taking sand and gravel from the shore or water front of a farm called “Moxley’s Delight” on the Piscataway creek at or near its junction with the Potomac river, in Prince George’s County. The privilege was granted for the term of five years at the rent of fifty dollars per year with the right in Cameron to a renewal of the term for another five years.
