—In a habeas corpus proceeding, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), dated February 14, 1995, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

There is no merit to the petitioner’s contention that the Supreme Court erred in dismissing his petition. Contrary to the petitioner’s contention, the Division of Parole did not violate Executive Law § 259-i (3) (f) (i) in conducting the parole revocation hearing on February 2, 1995.
