Appellant Aaron Howell was convicted of malice murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery in connection with the beating death of Paul Guerrant. Appellant contends that the evidence presented at his trial was legally insufficient to support his convictions and that the trial court erred by admitting other act sevidence under OCGA § 24-4-404 (b).
