Pursuant to the grant of his motion for out-of-time appeal, Ken neth Dean Reddin appeals his conviction of aggravated assault upon a peace officer (OCGA § 16-5-21 (c)) and misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer (OCGA § 16-10-24 (a)).
