PER CURIAM Appellant, Tony Brooks, was convicted by a Pulaski County Circuit Court jury of capital murder and abuse of a corpse. Brooks was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment without parole for the capital-murder conviction and thirty years’ imprisonment for abuse of a corpse to be served concurrently.
