Plaintiff seeks a decree enjoining defendant, her landlord, from commencing any action or proceeding or continuing with any such action or proceeding to secure possession of the premises occupied by her in alleged violation of a certificate of occupancy and directing defendant “ to cooperate ” with plaintiff in making an appropriate application for the amendment of such certificate of occupancy.
