This action was instituted in the district court of Kiowa county by Russell Fox, Ed Weiss, and Marston Flickinger, for themselves and others similarly situated, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against Sedan consolidated school district No. 9 of Kiowa county, and Frank Slohn, Magness Mace, and M.
