This is an action for a separation of bed and board and for a divorce.
A motion has been made in this court to dismiss the appeal, on the ground that the amount involved in controversy does not exceed three hundred dollars, and the further ground that the Act of the Legislature of 1855, No. 307, having repealed all former laws on tile subject of divorce, leaves this court without jurisdiction.
