Teresa Eagle Bloodman, as administra-trix of the estate of John Thomas Eagle, Jr. (Bloodman), appeals from the dismissal with prejudice of her medical-injury claims against Steven H. Wright, M.D., and Continental Casualty Insurance Company (Continental).
