CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is transporting intoxicating liquor; the punishment confinement in the penitentiary for one year.

The witness White was an accomplice, and the court instructed the jury that he must be corroborated. His testimony was substantially as follows: Appellant requested White to bring him fifty gallons of whiskey, agreeing to pay him one hundred dollars. for hauling it.
