On July 13, 2010, a judgment of conviction was entered against the defendant in Supreme Court, Bronx County (Stadtmauer, J.), upon a plea of guilty to attempted burglary in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 140.25 [2]) under the above-captioned indictment (No. 4505-2007).
