The above parties are before the Court on the petition of C. Moss, Court of Chancery Appointed Guardian 1 for the Person of E. Roth, to annul her marriage to A.J. Davis. These parties were married in Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland, on May 1, 2000, after living together for approximately twelve years. It was a short wedding ceremony. No family or friends attended.
