ORDER

BOHANON, Chief Judge.

The Defendant, in its proposed Amendment filed with the Clerk of this Court on January 12, 1970, asked that this Court permit the following requested change in its Comprehensive Plan of Desegregation, which Comprehensive Plan was filed on November 6, 1969:

“Beginning the 1970-71 school year, the boundaries of the attendance areas of Northeast Senior High School, John Marshall Senior High School and Northwest Classen Senior High School (senior high level, grades 10 through 12) will be the same as they were during the 1968-69 school year.
