On October 21, 1986, CRC Wireline, Inc., filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 in the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. The Debtor’s petition was administratively consolidated into Case No. 486-42209 with related corporate ventures on October 30, 1986, and this consolidation terminated by order of the court on December 31, 1986.
