The plaintiff, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, is a public utility engaged in the sale and distribution Of electric light and power in Englewood, Colo., and that neighborhood. Its franchise, granted to its predecessor by the city in 1920, • was assigned to it in 1926.
