OPINION

NICKELL, Judge.

Kimberly Joy Crowder, formerly Rear-den (Kimberly), appeals from two orders entered on June 21, 2007, in which the Jefferson Circuit Court found her in contempt for “failing to cooperate with the sale of the marital residence and for failing to pay her portion of the mortgage.” As a result of being found in contempt, Kimberly, a cardiac surgical nurse, was sentenced to thirty days in jail, but served only five days with work release; the remaining time was probated for two years on the condition that she comply with the court’s orders.
