Appeal from Twenty-Eighth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson; Prentice E. Edrington, Sr., Judge. Suit by the Barataría Land Company against the Louisiana Meadows Company, in which Mrs. Anna B. Davidson, individually and as executrix of Charles P. Davidson, Sr., deceased, was substituted as plaintiff, and in which Dr. T. L. Wolfe and others appeared and attempted to appeal.

1Opinion of the Court

On Motion to Dismiss Appeal.

BRUNOT, J.

This is a suit to fix the eastern boundary of the property described in the peti*464tion. The district court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff, fixing the boundary line in dispute in accordance with the prayer of the original petition. From this judgment the defendant appealed, and this court handed down a decree reversing the judgment of the lower court and remanding the case, for the reason that the data contained in the record were not sufficient to enable the court to fix the true location of the disputed boundary. 146 La. 999, 84 South. 334.
