An attorney and the principal of a company, Nursery Land Development, Inc. (Nursery Land), appeal from the district court’s affirmance of the bankruptcy court’s imposition of sanctions against them for bad faith filing of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. We review the bankruptcy court’s decision to impose sanctions for abuse of discretion, Findlay v.
