On November 27, 1985, the appellant, Thomas David Bouldin, III, was adjudged an habitual offender as defined in Code § 46.1-387.2. He was ordered not to operate a motor vehicle on the highways of the Commonwealth for ten years, or until his privilege was restored in accordance with law.
