Catherine Winslow died at Pine Ridge, Nebraska, in February, 1907. She was nearly 71 years of age at the time of her death, and left surviving her four children, two sons and two daughters. She owned 320 acres of land which she had acquired under the homestead and preemption laws. She had been divorced from her husband, and within the year prior to her death had executed two deeds. In the one she conveyed this land to her son Jeffrey Winslow, and in the other to her daughter, Mrs. *190Corder.
