This is a writ of entry. The demanded premises are in Chatham. Title thereto was in Mary D. Harding at the time of her death. The persons who are her nearest kin now living, who also are the heirs at law of her brother, Alfred A. Eldredge, are the demandants. The tenant is the widow of Alfred C. Harding, son of said Mary D. Harding. The case was heard by a judge of the Land Court upon agreed facts. There was a judgment for the tenant and the demandants appealed.
