THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiff George Bender’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Plaintiff is the former President of CenTrust Mortgage Co. (“CenTrust Mortgage”), which was a wholly owned subsidiary of CenTrust Bank, and he *1541seeks to recover on a variety of claims arising out of his alleged employment relationship with the CenTrust entities.
