This bill was filed by Conway, to enjoin proceedings on a judgment at law, obtained by Ellison against him in the State of Tennessee, on the 24th January, 1846, upon personal service of process. After stating that he had been appointed guardian of George M. Gray, who was a brother-law of the defendant, had sent him to Nashville, to perfect and complete his education, and paid all the expenses and charges attending the same, which were allowed him in the settlement of his accounts, had ceased to be guardian on the 13th of…
