An understanding of the issues involved on this appeal will be facilitated by a recital of the issues decided upon a former appeal, White v. Turner, 203 Ark. 95, 155 S. W. 2d 714.
As appears from that opinion, Johnson and Craig recovered a judgment against W. J. White for medical services rendered by them to White’s wife. Being unable to collect this judgment they assigned it to T. H. Turner, who purchased the land here in litigation at the sale by the sheriff under an execution which issued upon this judgment.
