Plaintiffs, Governmental Interinsurance Exchange (GIE) and Kendall County (County), brought a legal malpractice action in the circuit court of McLean County against attorney Jay S. Judge and the law firms of Judge, James & Dutton, Ltd., and Judge & James, Ltd. (Judge defendants); and attorney Mary E. Dickson and the law firm of Bond, Mork & Dickson, PC. (Dickson defendants).
