Nominally what is involved here is whether the trial of a Mississippi rape ease should be removed to the Federal District Court under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1443 (l). 1 But underlying this is the serious question of whether the Constitution condemns the Mississippi statutory exclusion of women as a class from service as jurors.
