These are cross-appeals by plaintiff and defendant from the final decree of the Court of Common Pleas No. 7 of Philadelphia County in a proceeding in equity, commenced by Samuel EL Robbins against Jacob Weinstein, praying that defendant be directed to turn over to plaintiff a check payable to plaintiff in the sum of |313.03, which came into defendant’s possession as the result of a settlement in which defendant, as attorney represented plaintiff.
