STONE, Judge.

This is an appeal by Lodusca Young-blood, the widow of George D. Young-blood, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Newton County where, upon her appeal from an adverse judgment of the probate court, her election to take against the will of her deceased husband and her applications for statutory allowances from his estate were again denied.
