Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Nicandri, J.), rendered April 3, 2000, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of burglary in the second degree and was sentenced as a second felony offender to a determinate prison *728term of six years.
