I. INTRODUCTION

On February 5, 2014, Plaintiff Obediah Walker III ("Plaintiff") filed this action in state court, claiming that his father, Obediah Walker, Jr. ("Decedent"), developed lung cancer after being exposed to asbestos-containing products while serving in the United States Navy.1 (Doc. No. 1 at *36328.)
