Appeal from the District Court of Saguache County. Oh the 19th clay of October, 1892, appellee, Chas. E. Quincy, and W. F. Reed, by a written agreement, became partners, for purchasing, feeding, handling and marketing cattle for a term of five years. Appellee, a ranchman, leased to the partnership, for the purpose of pasturage, three tracts of pasture land aggregating about 5,700 acres.
