| iThis is a contract dispute between Regency Intrastate Gas, L.L.C., (hereafter “Regency”), and Caddo Gas Gathering, L.L.C., (hereafter “Caddo Gas”), involving an agreement for the transportation of natural gas through a pipeline owned by Regency. The trial court rendered a summary judgment dismissing Regency’s re-conventional demand for a judgment declaring the term provision of the gas transportation agreement to be of indefinite duration subject to termination by either party upon reasonable notice in accordance with La.
