The writ of error in this case brings up for review a judgment rendered in the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of New Jersey. The action in which said judgment was rendered, was brought by the defendant in error (hereinafter called the plaintiff) against the plaintiff in error (hereinafter called the defendant), for personal injuries alleged to have been received while the plaintiff was an employé of the defendant, in a planing mill conducted by said defendant in the republic of Cuba.
