THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah (“the City”) has moved to dismiss this appeal as moot. For the reasons set forth below, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal.
