MOORE, District Judge.

The Court having heard the oral argument and reviewed the summary judgment motion of defendant Royal Caribbean Cruise, Ltd. [“Royal Carribean”] along with the motions of co-defendants, West Indian Company, Ltd. [“WICO”], and Robert Lynch Trucking, Ltd. [“Robert Lynch Trucking”], and the response of plaintiffs Darla and John Sharpe [the “Sharpes”] and the plaintiffs’ replies thereto, will grant Royal Caribbean’s motion for summary judgment as it pertains to itself, but will deny the motions with respect to WICO and Robert Lynch Trucking, for the reasons set…
