In a child support proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Orange County (Kiedaisch, J.), entered March 26, *8182009, as, upon review of the mother’s objections, determined that a judgment of the same court dated May 20, 2002 (Braxton, J.), in favor of the mother and against him in the sum of $6,666.90, had been “extinguished” after its entry rather than “vacated,” and, in effect, rejected his contention that he was to be credited with an overpayment of child support.
