DAVIDSON, Judge.

This is a conviction for seriously threatening to take human life, with punishment assessed at a fine of $1,500.

The information upon which the conviction was predicated reads as follows:

“IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
