Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward Greenfield, J.), entered on or about June 18, 1990, which, inter alia, granted the motion by defendants Stecher Jaglom & Prutzman and Jamie B.W. Stecher ("the Stecher Defendants”) to dismiss the underlying pro se action pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (8) and pursuant to a February 21, 1990 Order of the Supreme Court, New York County, which enjoined and restrained the plaintiff from commencing any action against or serving an amended summons upon the Stecher Defendants without prior court permission, unanimously affirmed.
