HEMPHILL, Chief Judge.
Action bx-ought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare. Said final decision holds that plaintiff is not entitled to a period of disability or to disability insurance benefits under Sections 216 (i) and 223 of the Act, respectively, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416 (i) and 423, based on her application filed on November 19, 1962. On the basis of the application, plaintiff had to establish that she was under a “disability” within the meaning of the Act beginning on…
