In this personal restraint petition, Douglas Boone challenges the revocation of his probation of second degree assault. The principal issue is whether Boone was denied due process of law in connection with the revocation proceeding because his probation officer had submitted a secret report to the trial court about which Boone did not learn until later. We find that petitioner Boone has made a prima facie showing both that error occurred and that the error worked to his actual prejudice and, therefore, grant his personal restraint petition.
