The Debtor filed a Chapter 13 case on July 23, 2011. (Case No. 11-12594 MJK). The bar date for complaints related to discharge was fixed as November 14, 2011. On October 16, 2013, the Court granted the Debtor’s own motion to dismiss his Chapter 13 case. (As was later made clear, he sought to file a joint Chapter 7 case with his wife, right away.)
