rendered .the opinion and decree of the Court, as follows:. Judgment was rendered .and signed herein against the defendants on June 19, 1913; on the same day, on motion in open Court, the defendants were granted an appeal returnable “according to law” to this Court; and on June 27j they filed the appeal bond.
