April 7, 1908, A. L. Rhomberg was the owner in fee simple of a parcel of real estate in Marion county described as the “Southwest Quarter (SW%) of the Northeast Quarter (NE%)> Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M.” On the day named, Rhomberg conveyed this tract, together with the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the same section, by warranty deed to J.
