The Honorable William T. Nicholas, individually and on behalf of the judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, and Montgomery County (collectively, the County) have filed a petition for review in the nature of a complaint in equity, quo warranto, prohibition and for declaratory relief, in this Court’s original jurisdiction.
