Nancy Emma Seeley died, a resident of Algona, Iowa, on July 4, 1934. Her husband had predeceased her. She left two sons, her only heirs, Frank B. Seeley (then fifty-one) and Burton A. Seeley (forty-eight). She left a will, dated June 16, 1934, giving the residence property in Algona to Frank and all the rest of her property in equal shares to her two sons, and revoking all former wills.
