Petitioners in this proceeding seek the intervention of this court to vacate and set aside an election of officers and directors at an alleged illegal meeting of the Democratic Organization of the County of Richmond, N. Y. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) held at the clubhouse of the Organization on the 3rd day of January, 1961, questioning the legality of the right to hold office of the persons elected as directors and officers at said meeting.
