The appellants ask the reversal of the decree for the following reasons: The court below erred in charging against her in the accounts^ of rents and profits coming to her on the 300-acre tract of land, certain payments made by the executor Goodspeed, to her, of sums o f money in the aggregate amounting to §1,125, which had been receipted for by her as payments on her life decree of §500 per annum allowed in the divorce proceedings against her late husband, Orange Fargo; for not allowing the abatement of §144.95 which Elizabeth M. Fargo and Goodspeed got deducted from the amount of accrued…
