OPINION AND ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
Before the court are cross-appeals from an order entered on August 14, 1997, by Chief Judge Schwartz of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (“Bankruptcy Court”). The Bankruptcy Court denied Care Comm, Inc.’s motion for summary judgment as to its claim for relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) (1993), 1 but granted Care Comm, Inc.’s motion for summary judgment as to its claim for relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) (1993). 2 The Bankruptcy Court also denied Joseph H.
