COOPER, Justice.
In 1992, a Laurel Circuit Court jury convicted Appellant, Ronnie Lee Bowling, of two counts each of murder, burglary in the first-degree, and robbery in the first degree. The trial court accepted the jury’s penalty recommendations, imposing two death sentences for the murder convictions, and four consecutive twenty-year terms for the remaining convictions. Those convictions and sentences were affirmed on appeal. Bowling v. Commonwealth, Ky., 942 S.W.2d 293 (1997), cert. denied, 522 U.S. 986, 118 S.Ct. 451, 139 L.Ed.2d 387 (1997).
