—Pro*421ceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to prohibit the enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 23, 1993, on the ground that the respondent Justice Kenneth K. Rohl lacked the authority to make the same.
